Actual cleaning hours The cleaning hours actually used during the month. Other paid hours Paid travel, loading, setup, or other non-cleaning time tied to this customer. Cleaning supplies for this customer $ Periodic work allowance $ Money set aside each month for occasional work already included in the contract, such as floor care, deep cleaning, or other periodic tasks. Other direct customer costs $ Other costs tied specifically to this customer, such as parking, customer-specific equipment, subcontractor charges, or similar expenses. Extra labor cost not already captured $ The cleaning hours and other paid hours above are already calculated using the average wage. Enter an amount here only for additional labor cost that those fields do not capture.

Extra employer costs on top of wages % Called labor burden in the original workbook.
